ABOUT M.KLEWS AND ASSOCIATES

Every day in our country, thousands of accidents occur involving all manner of motor vehicles, unpowered vehicles, and pedestrians, resulting in various levels of property damage, injury, and death.  Behind every crash is a story which involves human, mechanical, and environmental variables that led to the undesirable outcome.

At M. Klews and Associates, we rely heavily on math and physics to discover the truth of that story, which might otherwise be polluted by witnesses’ imperfect, or even biased, perception of the event.

Our investigators have examined thousands of crashes, to include hundreds of serious injury and fatality cases, and we have 45 years of combined experience as part of a major crash investigation team

As seasoned crash reconstruction experts, our team is proficient in use of scene investigation tools to include 3D scanners and unmanned aerial survey tools (drones), and we are skilled at using 3D diagramming software to create scene models that tell the whole story of how a crash occurred. With more than 55 years of combined law enforcement experience, our investigators are adept at working backward from the time of a crash to identify and interview witnesses, and to find possible underlying causes of human error such as fatigue or impairment. We are well-versed in downloading and interpreting Airbag Control Module (ACM) data, which can provide significant insight into the events immediately preceding a crash.

None of the skills above would be valuable without the ability to present the information gathered in a credible manner that can be understood by insurance companies, prosecutors, and ultimately, by juries. Our team has extensive experience providing expert testimony in civil and criminal proceedings, and with an emphasis on finding the dispassionate truth of the matter, our credibility is unmatched in the industry.

We look forward to reviewing your case to identify details investigators might have overlooked that could affect the outcome.
