OUR SERVICES

CRASH RECONSTRUCTION

With our 45 years of Crash Reconstruction experience, we personalize each crash investigation to meet your needs. We utilize state-of-the-art diagramming equipment to produce a 3D rendering of the scene, which allows for better presentation in court, and a more accurate determination of the events. With the Bosch Airbag Control module reader, we can download the pre-crash and post-crash data collected by the airbag.

From interviewing witnesses, to conducting time-distance analyses, we give you a complete package. We not only determine the cause of the crash, but also pose potential hypotheticals that show whether or not a crash was avoidable. For more information on how we can help you and your client, please contact us.

3D DIAGRAMMING

At M. Klews and Associates, we utilize 3D scanners and drone technology to create and recreate the crash scene, vehicles present, and any factors related to the incident. This allows us to accurately reconstruct what occurred before, during, and after the crash. 3D diagramming also addresses the “CSI effect,” where jurors expect advanced technology during trial. At M.Klews and Associates, we view crash reconstruction as an artform that allows us to connect with jurors, and to clearly explain how the events of the incident unfolded. For more information on how we can help you and your client, please contact us.

AIRBAG/BLACK BOX ANALYSIS

In 2012, the federal government required that all vehicles with an airbag use a common “language.” Utilizing the Bosch Crash Data Retrieval tool, we can download and analyze almost any vehicle on the road, including many vehicles manufactured prior to the 2012 federal mandate. With the download in hand, we will account for all variables, including tire size, ignition cycle, longitudinal and lateral pulses, and other considerations to make sure that the readout is used to the fullest extent. INVESTIGATION

While M. Klews and Associates specialize in Crash Reconstruction, our combined 60+ years in police investigations allow us to perform a broad range of investigations for our clients. Our licensed and insured private investigators are ready to pursue any of your investigatory leads. For more information on how we can help you and your client, please contact us.
